Lu’s Cancellation Policy

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time with Lu. You will pay the remaining balance the day of your appointment.


 

Non-transferable

 

Your appointment is extremely important to us. It is reserved for you and is non-transferable.

 

Appointment Confirmation


 

A confirmation text will be sent to you after you book your appointment, as well as a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not receive the confirmation and reminder, please text us to confirm your appointment.

 

Rescheduling and Cancellations


 

We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

"NO SHOWS"

 

“No shows”will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

 Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

No Children

 

No one under the age of 12 is allowed in the studio or waiting area. Please make prior childcare arrangements for your kids before coming to your appointment.
